If you’re a bit stuck with which Yoga technique would best suit you then no worries, we’ve got you covered! – below is a brief description of varieties of Yoga we can offer you:

Yoga (flow)

This is a very active form of Yoga that incorporates movement. The flowing movements are great for burning calories! This one is also great for ensuring a relaxed and peaceful mind as well as reducing stress and anxiety.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga is a practice of Yoga which uses low-handing aerial silks (hung like a hammock), which can help aid you in achieving postures and stretches in a beautifully relaxed way. This is perfect for beginners as you can let the hammock take the weight of your body therefore encouraging you to concentrate merely on your stretches.

Yogalates

This technique of Yogalates combines strength training of Pilates and the flexibility of Yoga. This is a very popular exercise as it allows you to work within your own limits, whilst really testing your flexibility and endurance.

EnergYse

EnergYse Yoga is the unique exercise that focuses on treating the mind, body and spirit to increase flexibility whilst ensuring heightened relaxation. This series is perfect to condition your body, improve strength, muscle tone, core stability and calm the mind. If you want to focus on all aspects then this is the class for you!

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a very calming and gentle approach to Yoga, designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.

Like no other exercise, yoga finds a space between activity and meditation and draws on the benefits of both so come on down and explore all that The Circle has to offer!
